5 places to find company financial statements
To find a company's financial statements, start with its filed report on SEC EDGAR or its investor-relations site. Stock Analysis, TIKR and Koyfin can make the figures easier to explore, while Qualtrim offers charts of selected measures. Use these tools to find the number that interests you, then return to the report for its definition and the notes behind it.
If two websites show different revenue figures, check the dates and currency first. One may show the financial year and the other the latest twelve months. Those figures can both be correct.
We checked the public pages below on 12 September 2026. The company and SEC provide original documents; the analysis services help you navigate the figures. We have not independently tested their data accuracy. We make Helmbeam, included below for examining the numbers after you find the report. Check coverage, history and subscription requirements before relying on a service.

1. SEC EDGAR: locate the filed accounts
EDGAR provides filings for reporting companies. For many US issuers, the annual accounts are in Form 10-K and interim accounts in Form 10-Q. Confirm the legal entity and period end. Foreign private issuers may use other forms, so absence of a 10-Q does not itself establish missing disclosure.
2. The issuer's investor-relations site: find the reporting package
Reach investor relations through the company's verified corporate website, not a social-media message. Look for annual reports and the quarterly results package. Save the financial statements as well as the presentation: the slides may emphasise selected measures. For US filings, compare the package with its EDGAR record and any later amendment.
3. Stock Analysis: navigate company financial tables
Stock Analysis presents financial statements in tables. Before comparing figures, check the currency and units, and whether you have selected annual, quarterly or trailing periods.
4. TIKR: examine an operating record
TIKR offers company financial information and analysis tools for examining an operating history. Check which periods are available and how each measure is defined. When a figure changes your interpretation of the business, verify it against the original report.
5. Koyfin: place financials in a wider research view
Koyfin puts company financial analysis alongside market information for broader comparisons. Keep reporting periods and definitions aligned when moving between companies.
Where Qualtrim fits: visualising the numbers
Qualtrim provides interactive charts for measures such as revenue, free cash flow and earnings per share. Use them to notice a trend, then return to the filed accounts to understand what drove it. The chart is a companion to the five sources above; the financial notes are where you check definitions and important qualifications.
Helmbeam: turn the figures into a company question
Once you have the report, Helmbeam's Numbers view helps you examine revenue, earnings, margins and cash flow together, with quarterly and trailing-twelve-month views where data is available. A growing top line beside weaker cash flow gives you a specific question to take back to the accounts. You can then connect those figures with the company's setup and keep the name on your research shortlist.
Verify the accounting detail in the filed report, particularly where the figures appear to tell different stories.
Resolve a disagreement in this order
First identify the entity and share class. Next match the reporting period, currency and units. Then check whether the number is reported under the applicable accounting standards or adjusted by management. Finally look for an amended filing or a restatement. The SEC's report-reading guide explains the statements and notes that provide context.
Consider a fictional company showing revenue of $120.000 million for its financial year and $132.000 million for the twelve months ending three months later. Those figures cover different periods. Calling the discrepancy a 10% data error would be wrong. You must first calculate the same period from the underlying accounts.
Record the document title, period end, page or section and date you checked it so you can retrace the figure later. See seven SEC filing types for the documents you may encounter.
Keep a small source trail
For every number that changes your conclusion, record the company, reporting period, unit, currency, document and section. If a provider later updates or restates the series, that record helps explain why your earlier note differs. Reading a 10-K shows where to look; reading the statements together explains why the same business can report profit while cash is being used.

Where should I verify a material financial number?
Use the relevant filed report and its notes, checking the entity, period and any amendment. A company's verified investor-relations site is another route to its reporting package.
Why can financial websites show different revenue figures?
They may display different periods, currencies, units, definitions or versions of the accounts. Reconcile those labels before assuming a data error.
Is an earnings presentation the full financial report?
Not necessarily. Presentations can emphasise selected measures. Read the statements, notes and relevant filing for the full context of a material claim.
